For my final project as a graphic designer for NYU Athletics, I designed and produced an in-venue motion graphics package for NYU’s live sporting events. The final package includes seven videos across three screen sizes, designed to play as a synchronized, seamless loop across the arena’s displays. In addition to a general NYU Violets version, I developed variations for NYU Media Day and individual sports, including a darker colorway for select sports.

Throughout the design, I incorporated visual references to the Washington Square Arch and street grid of the NYU neighborhood, both of which are elements of the NYU Athletics visual identity. I experimented with different ways of bringing these elements to life with dynamic motion suited for a live sports environment. My goal was to create a final result that was engaging, energetic, and distinctly NYU without becoming visually overstimulating.
